Someone scraped... read more my car backing up next to me. I emailed Active Auto Body through their website and was able to quickly make an appointment. When I arrived for that appointment, their facility was clean and welcoming.

The estimator came right out and we looked at my car together. He discussed a way to repair the worst of the damage while also keeping the cost down.

I made a subsequent appointment to have the work done. There was a second walk around of the vehicle at that appointment wherein my expectations were well managed.

My vehicle was completed in the time estimated and the work looks great. The only small glitch was that I was told I would receive a call the day after I dropped off my car to give me a sense of when it would be done. That call never came.

Overall, Active Auto Body was easy to work with. They are efficient, friendly, and do excellent work.
